About
the Coach
Having worked for more than a decade with children and youths, age ranging from as young as 2 years old to late teenage years, Coach Jeff has a strong believe in Mind over Matter, encouraging and developing young children to believe in themselves and focus on what they want to achieve. Whether through sports or everyday activities, the importance of a strong psychological understanding of what goes on in the minds of the young ones has been a great way to help coaches navigate the delicate approach needed to guide the youths, and to propel them to greater accomplishment.

With strong focus on efforts instead of outcome, and using techniques such as positive self-talk, visualisation, and personal pre-game routine, Coach Jeff has impacted many young children, helping them to develop stronger self-belief, confidence, resilience, and progressive improvements in their overall performance.

Passionate in unlocking the mental potential of a young mind, Coach Jeff continues to cultivate and work with young children to understand the complexity and challenges they face in this ever-changing, fast paced environment and provide them comfort, assurance, and a helping hand.
