the Founder
Farah is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel empowered to express themselves and overcome emotional challenges. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with diverse families, helping both children and parents navigate the complexities of emotional and behavioral issues. Her approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Transactional Analysis, ensuring holistic care for every child.
Currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology, Farah is committed to deepening her expertise and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health care. As the founder of Master Me, she is dedicated to providing personalized counseling and social-emotional learning programs designed to build resilience, self-awareness, and mental well-being in children. She also works closely with parents and educators, offering training and resources to foster a supportive home and school environment.
