We provide three main services:
Master Mind
Master Mind is an exceptional Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programme designed specifically for children aged 7-12. Capped at 10 participants per class.
Master Zen
This unique blend of mental health expertise and yoga instruction offers a holistic approach to your child's well-being.
Specialised Child Counselling / Therapy
We provide specialised child therapy / counselling sessions tailored to your child's unique needs. By offering a safe space for them to express themselves, we empower young minds to conquer mental and emotional hurdles.
Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) refers to the process through which individuals acquire and apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve goals, feel empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
At Master Me, we recognise that academic success alone is not enough to prepare our children for the complexities of the modern world. By providing comprehensive SEL programmes, we aim to foster growth of essential life skills.
