Service Description

Date: 29 Jan 2025, 4.00pm - 5.00pm For kids 7 - 12 years old. This course teaches children to tune into their bodies and emotions, helping them recognise how physical sensations relate to their feelings. Through engaging activities, children will develop self-awareness and understand the mind-body connection, laying the foundation for emotional regulation.
